Private Law / Section 7 Reports
When preparing Section 7 Reports, CAR can concurrently provide supervised contact sessions, with this work informing the outcome. This also enables parents to maintain child contact during lengthy, protracted court proceedings.
Public Law Family Cases
We can produce a range of comprehensive social work assessments including;
parenting assessments, risk viability assessments, sibling assessments and other specialised assessments. We also undertake welfare checks, statutory
and home visits.
Dispute Resolution
CAR can assist parents and caregivers with dispute resolution in relation to contact arrangements. By bringing parties together (where safe and appropriate), acting as a go-between, or via facilitated mediation conversations, contact arrangements can be agreed without having to go to court.
In cases where formal mediation is required, CAR can signpost to a recognised and accredited mediation provider.
